 The CBHS
Foreign Language Department offers four years of Spanish, French and
Latin. All students are required to take two years of the same
foreign language, usually in the freshman and sophomore years.
Some students defer foreign language study until the junior and
senior years. The third and fourth year foreign language
classes are Honors courses and teacher recommendation is required
for enrollment. It is a goal of the department to provide an
opportunity for overseas travel each academic year.
