CBHS alum Eric Taylor ’06 named new Director of Admission

Christian Brothers High School has named Eric Taylor as its new Director of Admission. Taylor is the current Senior Assistant Director of Admission at CBU and was instrumental in recruiting their record-setting freshman class in 2014. In four years in the CBU admission office, he has also served as an admission counselor and Coordinator of Regional Recruiting. Eric served on a market research team that was responsible for creating a strategic plan for the CBU athletic department.

Taylor is a 2006 graduate of CBHS, where he played on the varsity soccer team. He attended Christian Brothers University, graduating with a degree in Business Administration in 2010, and he eventually earned his Master’s in Business Administration in 2014.

“As a graduate of CBHS and CBU (and an employee of CBU), Lasallian formation has been an instrumental part of Eric’s life,” said Brother Chris Englert, FSC, CBHS President. “Along with his two brothers (also CBHS graduates), the Taylor family has an extended history with the school. We welcome the same success in admissions that Eric has brought to CBU and share in the excitement that he brings to the position. “

“I am truly excited about returning to CBHS to serve as the Director of Admission,” said Taylor. “CBHS has always held a special place in my heart. It means a lot to return to CBHS and work diligently to bring in students that not only add to the academic and athletic quality of the student body, but also to the quality of character. I will be able to speak to parents of prospective students from the heart about what CBHS means to me, my family, and my fellow Brothers’ Boys. I know what it means to be a graduate of CBHS and I look forward to ensuring that incoming classes reflect the characteristics that make-up all Brothers’ Boys.”
